Our body and mind are inseparable and interact with each other. Understanding and accepting this fact can make it possible to understand the causes of many diseases and make it easier to deal with them.

Energy the chakras - the meeting of body and mind

In the modern world, where there has been a separation of mind and body, knowing and understanding the system of the 7 main chakras allows you to regain harmony, unity of the mind body and regain fullness. Chakras are related to the practice and teachings of yoga derived from the Hindu tradition and literally mean vortices of energy, and the word chakra itself means a wheel or a disc. The seven main chakras form a column in the human body known as sushumna.

Their location, from the point of view of human physiognomy, is related to the seven main ganglia leaving the spine, where there is a high degree of nervous activity, and the endocrine glands. However, they cannot be said to be part of the body, since they exist only within the subtle body.

It is worth mentioning a few more sentences about the energy of our body, because it is very sensitive to our thoughts and emotions. Our biofields, the so-called aura.

The aura is divided into several parts:

It is closest to our body at a distance of about 1.2 - 2 cm. it is the etheric body which is the most concentrated energetically. The etheric body imitates our physical body.
The next layer approximately 0.5 meters from our body is our emotional body. Our emotions are manifested in this area. This layer does not reflect our physical body, unless we know the influence of particular emotions on our organs and we can say something about it.
The next layer at a distance of about 1.5-2 m from our body is our mental body, here are our thinking patterns, beliefs, similar people sense their similar aura, get along well and feel in their presence.
The aura is weakened by: alcohol, drugs, stress, lack of fresh air, poor diet, negative thoughts and emotions, which have the strongest impact.

1. Base chakra - Mulandhara

The base chakra is located in our body at the base of the spine, in the sacro-cusp plexus. Our legs, bones, large intestine and teeth belong to it. If the chakra is not energetically balanced, problems such as hemorrhoids, constipation, sciatica, degenerative arthritis, and knee problems can arise. The base chakra is the foundation of our entire system, and is also the support for all other chakras, hence it is crucial.

The base chakra is about our internal state, our peace, our sense of security, and our stability. It relates to the earth element, and therefore to all earthly things, such as our body, our health, survival, our material and financial existence, the ability to satisfy our needs. When our survival is at stake, we begin to feel anxious.

Our grounding is related to the root chakra. Without being grounded, we can become unstable, we burst into anger, and we are easily disturbed. When we are established, we are modest and usually lead a simple, positive life. The more urbanized and mechanized it becomes, the less connected we are to the earth, nature and ourselves, and the more weak our health and self-esteem.

We live in times when grounding in the above sense has lost some importance, today what matters more is what is high - high position, high earnings, at the expense of lower social strata, at the expense of those suffering poverty and hunger. Today, he also feels and observes the cut off of people from the internal potential of, for example, self-healing in our body.

If our base chakra is too open, we may experience egocentrism, tyranny, excessive attachment to material matters, reluctance to change, and the desire to gather material things around us.

On the other hand, if the chakra is too closed, we will be dominated by fear, indecision, the need for emotional support, timidity, low mental and physical resistance, and a constant longing for a different life.

Do you want to establish relationships, maintain and care for the existing ones? How do you feel around other people? Do you get involved and put your heart into relationships, or can you have a good word for friends? Do you only use other people to complain to them, to complain about your fate?
